Head Chef Richard Marshall’s menu marries high-quality steakhouse style with unique touches. Start with Cornish crab and pickled cucumber, or beef tartare with quail egg. Follow with a wagyu beef burger and kimchi slaw on a charcoal bun, gnocchi with wild mushrooms and tarragon cream, or keep it traditional with a ribeye steak and Bearnaise sauce. Finish with tiramisu with caramel popcorn, or raspberry macaron with lychee mousse and liquorice.
For a more casual experience, order sandwiches, light meals or Old Joe beer-battered fish and chips at the bar, made with the hotel’s own Pilsner.
