Our entire team is fully committed to your safety and well-being. We have established a robust ten-point plan, with additional measures in place (including flexible cancellation policies), and our ‘Safe stay, your way guarantee’.

Is Edgbaston Park Hotel still open for accommodation?
Yes! We are pleased to have reopened our doors and welcome back guests to the hotel from Monday 17 May in line with the Government guidelines.

Do I need to wear a face covering at the hotel?
Face coverings are encouraged to be worn within any public area of a hotel which includes all reception areas, corridors and the bar and lounge area. Face coverings are not required in bedrooms or restaurants with table service provided.
Does Edgbaston Park Hotel offer flexible cancellation polices if my booking is affected?
At Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre, we want to put your mind at ease by introducing a flexible approach to bookings. For any new meetings or events confirmed with us moving forwards, we promise that if they subsequently are unable to go ahead due to restrictions, we will transfer your booking to a mutually agreeable future date penalty-free. As an added assurance we will make no change to the previously agreed rates.

What food and drink services are available?
The 1900 bar and lounge is open from 12pm-9pm daily whilst the 1900 restaurant remains closed. We highly recommend you reserve a table in advance.
Breakfast is available in our 1900 Restaurant between 7am-9:30am midweek and 7am-10:00am durong the weekends with hot breakfast and continental options available.

What precautionary measures are your housekeeping team taking?
Our housekeeping team are limiting the physical contact with surfaces and belongings in your room to protect your welfare and the welfare of our colleagues.
For guests who are staying for more than 3 nights, a member of our housekeeping team will place a bag containing clean linen, tea and coffee making products and toilet roll outside your room.
Please leave any dirty linen and rubbish bags outside of your room by 11am each day for collection. If you require any clean towels or additional tea and coffee products etc, please contact reception.
Is the University’s Sport and Fitness Club open?
Yes – these facilities are open every day for our hotel guests, free of charge. These facilities are located a 10 minute-walk away from the hotel. You can visit from 6am until 10.30pm, Monday-Friday, and between 7am and 8pm on weekends and bank holidays. For further information, please visit www.sportandfitness.bham.ac.uk
Can I order room service at the hotel?
