Cancellation policy
Flexible Rates
When you book a flexible rate you will be required to enter a valid debit or credit card number to guarantee your reservation only. No payment will be taken from your card unless the payment has been taken to secure your room. If not, you will pay for your room upon arrival at the hotel. You can cancel your best available rate booking up to 2pm (GMT) on the day prior to your arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive, or if you cancel your reservation after 2pm (GMT) the day prior to arrival, you will be charged for your first night’s accommodation.
Advance Purchase and Promotional Rates
When you book an advance purchase or promotional rate, Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre will take full prepayment from your debit or credit card at the time of booking. These rates cannot be cancelled or transferred.
Member Rates
When you book a member rate, you are entitled to the privilege of cancelling your reservation up until 2 pm (GMT) on the day of your arrival without incurring any charges. If you fail to arrive, or if you cancel your reservation after 2pm (GMT) on the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night’s accommodation.
Corporate Rates
When you book a contracted corporate rate, you are entitled to the privilege of cancelling your reservation up until 2 pm (GMT) on the day of your arrival without incurring any charges. If you fail to arrive, or if you cancel your reservation after 2pm (GMT) on the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night’s accommodation.
