  • Can I bring my dog to Edgbaston Park Hotel?

    Yes! Edgbaston Park Hotel is pet friendly, and up to two pets are welcome to join you at no extra charge. Our pet-friendly rooms are all located on the ground floor. To make sure we arrange a pet-friendly room for you, please let us know in advance – either when you book by phone, or with a note on your online booking.

    Please bring any home comforts with you to help your pet have a great night’s sleep.

  • Do you have family rooms?

    Unfortunately no. However, if you’d like an infants cot for your room, we’ll be happy to provide one free of charge. If you have older children we can make sure you’re given adjacent rooms. Alternatively, we can arrange for additional temporary camping-style beds in your Executive Double or Deluxe room, at a charge of £25.00 per camp bed for children up to the age of 12.

    To arrange any of these, please include a request when you book online or email the reservations team.

  • Do you have accessible rooms?

    Yes, adapted bedrooms are available. These are standard double adapted rooms on each floor of the main hotel, with wet-room style walk-in showers and emergency cords. There are 4 available in total. If you prefer, these rooms can be provided with twin beds.

  • When is breakfast served at Edgbaston Park Hotel?

    Breakfast is served in 1900 restaurant from 7 – 9.30am on weekdays, 7 – 10am on weekends and Bank Holidays. Choose whatever you like from the full English hot breakfast buffet. Leaving early? Order a breakfast-to-go at reception.

  • Is room service available?

    Yes. You can order breakfast in bed, or have a meal delivered to your room at your convenience. You’ll find the room service menu in your bedroom. Please note: there is a £5 tray charge per person.

  • Can I leave my luggage with you?

    Yes. You’re welcome to leave your luggage in our secure storage room after you’ve checked out, or if you arrive early. Just ask at reception, and let us know when you’ll collect it.

  • I’m arriving before the 3pm check-in time. Where can I go?

    Please let reception know you’ve arrived. If your room is available early, we’ll let you know. Until then, you’re welcome to relax in the bar-lounge, and enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi if you need to get some work done.

  • Where can I park?

    Parking at the hotel is free. Guests may park in the spaces directly outside the hotel, or on the ground floor of the North East multi-storey car park (accessed via Pritchatts Road), which is reserved for hotel guests. From here it’s a two-minute walk to reception along a direct footpath.

    Collect your parking permit at reception on arrival.

  • Can I charge my electric car?

    Yes. The hotel has charging points available on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll just need to leave a refundable cash deposit at reception.

  • Do I need a passport to book a hotel in the UK?

    If you’re an international guest (excluding the Republic of Ireland and Commonwealth countries), you’ll need to complete a registration form and provide details from your identification when you check in. This could be your passport, driving licence or a national ID card. All guests will need to show proof of identity (such as a bank card or the examples above) and nationality.

    We’ll never ask to keep your passport or other ID. You should store this securely in your room safe, or keep it with you.

  • Do you offer discounted corporate rates?

    Yes. If you have frequent accommodation requirements in Birmingham, please drop us an email to discuss how we can help.

  • Where are your sport and fitness facilities?

    Your stay at Edgbaston Park Hotel comes with complimentary access to the University of Birmingham’s Sport & Fitness centre. This is an easy ten-minute walk from the hotel.

    To book a class or visit the gym or swimming pool, please ask at reception for a pass: they will be able to give you directions for the quickest route. Please note: you will need to take your own towel.
