Do I need to wear a face covering at the hotel?
We encourage our team and guests to wear masks where possible, but this is not mandatory. You do not need to wear a face mask if you’re exempt, in your own room, or eating and drinking. This is the same for our members of staff.
Do you offer flexible cancellation policies if my booking is affected?
In these uncertain times, we know that plans change. That’s why we offer free cancellations and transfers on all our bookings.
If your meeting or event cannot go ahead due to national lockdowns or restrictions enforced by the Government, we will transfer your booking to a mutually-agreeable future date, penalty-free. As an added assurance, we will make no change to the previously agreed rates.
We offer the same flexibility for room bookings. If you can no longer travel, you can cancel your booking, free of charge, up until 2pm on the day before your arrival.

What precautionary measures are your housekeeping team taking?
Our housekeeping team are limiting physical contact with the surfaces and belongings in your room to protect your welfare, and that of our colleagues.
For guests who are staying for more than three nights, a member of our housekeeping team will place a bag of clean linen, tea and coffee-making products, and toilet roll outside your room.
Please leave any dirty linen and rubbish bags outside your room for collection by 11am each day. If you require any clean towels or additional tea and coffee products, etc., please contact reception.
