With Better Direct, every guest who books directly with us receives 10% off flexible rates, a free welcome drink, and a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability), plus the added reassurance of super‑flexible cancellation up to 2pm on the day of arrival.

Guests will receive thoughtful offers throughout the year, including free entry to the beautiful Winterbourne House and Garden, early access to our upcoming events and seasonal packages, and curated promotions designed especially for them.
