Gather the following information: your preferred date(s) for your event, estimated delegate numbers, any catering requirements, your budget and any overnight accommodation needs.
Call our friendly conference and events sales team at 0121 414 8888 (press option 2) or complete the contact form
We’ll send you a proposal, and offer to put dates on hold.
Want to know more before you book? Look at our virtual tours or ask for a viewing, which will give you more opportunities to ask questions.
Ready to confirm? You’ll be asked to pay a deposit on booking, and sign a contract.
We’ll then give you a timeline with deadlines to submit the final details (timings, room layout, dietaries, main contact on the day, signage for the event) and make payments.
